Executive Director of Durham Affordable Housing Coalition

DAHC is an established affordable housing nonprofit with a $500,000+ budget, 9 staff, and 15-member Board. Advocacy and services include homeownership counseling, coordination of 10-year Plan to End Homelessness, technical assistance to nonprofit housing groups, and development of affordable housing policies and resources.

_Qualifications_: 3-5 years experience managing an organization with staff of 5 or more, preferably as Executive Director of a nonprofit. Successful grant writer, and proven ability to work with a Board and political leaders. College degree required; graduate degree in Public or Business Administration, City Planning or similar field preferred. Knowledge of Durham community and affordable housing desired. EOE.
