Responsible for transportation planning, traffic and transit operations, maintenance of transportation facilities and infrastructure and developing a comprehensive transportation plan. Planning for the University's Wolfline transit system including routes, schedules, budgeting and cost projections for the transit services. Graduation from a four-year college or university with a major emphasis on coursework in business administration, public administration, or related field and five years experience in management of administrative activities of a business or government program preferably including some contract and grant administration experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master's degree in urban and regional planning, transportation planning or engineering, business or public administration, and three years of relevant experience or a four-year degree in one of the fields listed above and five years of experience in transportation planning or operations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of and experience in the development of comprehensive transportation plans, planning and operations of parking facilities, transit systems, alternative transportation programs, and fixed guideway systems is preferred.
