Ayers/Saint/Gross Project Manager--Campus Planning

Ayers/Saint/Gross Architects & Planners is a 140 person firm with experience designing environments that support the creation and dissemination of knowledge and culture for major higher education, civic and cultural institutions. With headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland and other sites in Washington, D.C and Arizona, our span is national with an increasing presence internationally.

As a result of continued growth in our campus planning studio, we are currently looking for an experienced project manager.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent experience. Master’s preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in design and/or planning with expertise in project management.

Strong design sensibility.

Technical proficiency in the entire CAD, Photoshop and Microsoft Suite including Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Knowledge of Deltek or other CRM/Project Management tools preferred.

Exemplary communications skills, both verbal and written.
