The Public Finance and Economic Growth Group (PFEG) is a division within RTI’s International Development Group. PFEG provides services to clients in developing countries in a wide range of technical areas including economic growth.

In the months ahead, PFEG will be working with the Office of Urban Programs at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on a series of Local Economic Development (LED) case studies in eight African countries. We are immediately seeking two paid, graduate level, interns to work on a number of concrete tasks.
We anticipate a commitment of approximately 15 hours per week for a period of 2-3 months, beginning immediately. This level of effort could increase over the coming summer months.
