MTC is announcing an external recruitment in the Programming and Allocations Section for a Policy & Financial Analyst the person in this position will be:

Responsible for generating financial analysis products including fund estimates, financial forecasts, and in-depth revenue and expenditure analyses, which may be used to make recommendations related to policy issues; completing analysis for legislative advocacy purposes; and making presentations. The Policy and Financial Analyst will also be responsible for providing transit capital and operating budget/planning assistance to Bay Area transit operators and performing transit funding and performance analyses. LGS Position

LGS currently has a posting for a limited duration assignment for a Motorist Aid Program Coordinator. The person in this position will be working in the Highway & Arterial Operations Section.

This position will provide support for the management and operation of the Service Authority for Freeways and Expressways (SAFE) Motorist Aid Services program. The SAFE program includes operation of over 2,100 call boxes and 83 roving tow trucks on the Bay Area's highways with a total budget in excess of $15 million annually. These programs have a proven track of significantly improving safety and reducing congestion on Bay Area freeways. Recruitment for this LGS position is open through Thur, June 5th.
