Chatham County has just completed an economic development strategic plan; the Chatham County Economic Development Commission (EDC) is seeking a new team member to help position Chatham The Research and Innovation Manager (Manager) assists in the development of and staffs the entrepreneurship support services of the EDC. In addition, the Manager supports the development of new program initiatives, helps benchmark the County’s progress toward its economic development goals, and assists with external communications, including updating the EDC web site. The job is fast-paced and multi-faceted and requires strong research and communication skills. Bachelors required, Masters preferred.
