Housing Development Analyst

FAHE is seeking a Housing Development Analyst for immediate full-time employment in its Berea, Kentucky office to serve on the FAHE Capital Team responsible for implementing and managing FAHE’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit Equity Funds. Who we are: http://fahe.org/aboutus.php

Requirements: 5 years progressively responsible experience in housing, finance, real estate development, planning, or a closely related field: ability to work independently and collaboratively; proven track record of guiding projects from initiation through funding to stabilized operations; experience working with federal housing programs, laws and regulations, grant programs, compliance monitoring and/or project management in a business or finance environment, knowledge and proficiency working with MS Office applications. Travel in Central Appalachia will be required.
